Dozer is a creature of barely contained fury, a dire troll whose savage strength has been harnessed to one of the most thunderous weapons ever to grace a battlefield. Strapped to his back is a howitzer, modified to deliver deafening blasts wherever Smigg can point it.

Getting the cannon into battle was the easy part. Getting Dozer used to having it fired over his head was another matter entirely. Early attempts sent the dire troll into a frenzy, swatting at his own back and charging blindly into the enemy. More than a few unfortunate Pyg gunners discovered the hard way that operating a cannon on the back of an enraged dire troll is a job with a very short life expectancy.

Smigg proved to be the exception. The daring Pyg clung on through every wild charge and deafening blast, somehow avoiding becoming Dozer's next meal until the pair developed an unlikely bond. These days, Dozer has learned to love the thunder of his cannon and guards his tiny gunner with surprising ferocity. At the same time, Smigg has been rewarded with a reinforced jockey's seat, heavy harnesses and considerably more armour. Working alongside Kithguard forces in the tunnels below the battlefield, the pair coordinate fire with their allies on the ground, using Smigg's keen eye to range targets for the Kithguard's guns.

Together, they charge into battle as a living artillery piece, combining Dozer's raw strength with Smigg's fearless “marksmanship” to unleash devastating firepower upon their enemies.
