1 General questions
1.1 Will I receive a full refund if I cancel my transaction?
Our credit card processor does not refund their processing fees. If you wish to cancel an order, you may receive a gift card for the full value of the order or a refund minus the processing fee.
1.2 How do you handle VAT with the European Union?
Discount Games Inc. does not collect and pay the VAT for the European Union. Your order will ship with the value of the order accurately declared on the customs tag and with an invoice inside the package. You may experience delays from the customs process and should expect additional charges from the European Union for the VAT associated with your order.
1.3 How can I save even more on Games Workshop orders?

1.4 Are there any countries that you do not ship to?
Due to Brexit, we are currently not set up to collect VAT. This means that we are unable to ship to the United Kingdom. Our apologies!
1.5 Are there any products that you cannot ship internationally?
Games Workshop and Asmodee only permit us to ship their products to domestic customers.
1.6 Is it possible for me to pay with a credit card without logging into PayPal?
If you wish to pay with credit card without logging in or having a PayPal account, that is still an option! When you select pay with credit card, you will be given the option to log into PayPal to pay with your card. At the bottom of the screen there is also an option to pay with a credit card without logging into PayPal. Orders that qualify for our various rebate programs will qualify if paid through PayPal or with a credit card.
