Are you sick and tired of waiting in virtual lines only to find out that awesome new item is sold out?! Games Workshop is working hard to make sure that isn't the case anymore, and we want to help! Our goal is to make sure our customers get the best chance at getting the items they want, and we're hoping our new process will smash that goal to smithereens.
What does this mean for you?
- You can skip the queue!
- Keep an eye on our Facebook & Twitter posts each Monday to see what new items are coming.
- Then, when you see something you want, send an email to [email protected] to make sure we request enough product to secure it for you, BEFORE anyone else even gets a chance to purchase!
Please be aware that we must submit numbers to Games Workshop by Tuesday, so the sooner we get your email, the better your chances at not having to wait in line come presale day!
What's the catch?
Like all good things, there are some drawbacks. Luckily, the only real drawback here is that your request does NOT guarantee you will receive a product. The amount of products we receive is still subject to Games Workshop's availability but we will make every effort to accommodate your orders.
